Quassage Body – Booking & Appointment Policy Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To provide every client with exceptional service, the following policies are strictly enforced: Deposits A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments during regular business hours. Appointments scheduled after 10:00 PM require a $75 non-refundable deposit. Late Arrivals Life happens! If you’re running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. No Children To maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment and ensure the highest quality of care, children are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved. Mobile Appointments Can’t make it to me? I can come to you. Mobile massage services are available for an additional $50–$75 travel fee, depending on your location. Events & Group Bookings Interested in booking Quassage Body for a private event, wellness day, or special occasion? Please email me with your event details for a personalized quote.
